Mortgage industry veteran joins executive team; further strengthens organization’s legal team
CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Fay Servicing, a special servicer that manages distressed and at-risk residential mortgages, announced Loren Morris, Esquire, has joined its executive team as the company’s general counsel, chief compliance officer and executive vice president, where he is responsible for leading corporate, strategic and tactical legal initiatives.
Morris brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, mortgage banking, servicing and secondary marketing. Prior to joining Fay Servicing, he served as the senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at an Irvine, Calif.-based provider of customized services and component servicing for mortgage lenders, banks and other financial institutions. Morris has also held senior and executive positions with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and HSBC throughout his career.
Janna Lewis, Esquire, a co-founder of Fay Servicing, has shifted her primary focus toward building out the firm’s valuation, due diligence and investment services platforms.
